Successful Orthodontist Web Site and Internet Marketing Program

About a month ago, we launched an orthodontic website and internet marketing system for one of our clients, along with a partner of ours. What’s amazing about the web site is how successful it’s been so far. Almost 10% of the visitors are turning into leads for the client, which is an unbelievable conversion rate. Therefore, all the links for information such as FAQ, financial info, require that the user enter in their information.
  2. Turn them into a New Patient - Along with the sections that are used to generate new leads, we convert some visitors directly into new clients by providing a complimentary consultation….as long as they enter their info again!
  3. Use Pay-Per-Click to Generate Traffic - This site would work eventually by itself but it may take months to get indexed in the search engines or to start generating enough organic traffic. By that time, it might be a failed afterthought in the orthodontist’s mind. By using Pay-Per-Click, we bring about 5 visitors per day. And with a conversion rate of 10%, each of these new leads only costs $10!

Internet Sales Leads for Nothing - The math in the Pay-Per-Click section was important. The orthodontist can probably expect to convert about 25% of those leads to convert into new patients, meaning just $40 per new patient. That is nothing for orthodontists when new cases are usually worth about $4000. Even if just 1% of the leads converted into sales, that would still be just $1000 for each new case, far below their actual value.
